As the founder of Amediate, LLC, our mission revolves around facilitating positive workplace relationships. We offer tailored services to mid-sized organizational leaders, beginning with an honest assessment of their current work climate and desired outcomes. The resulting data guides us in devising interventions and training programs tailored to the specific communication skills necessary for success. Our intervention services encompass various offerings such as Focus Group Facilitation and Assessment, the unique \"Leadership for the Learning Organization©\"(LLO) six-to-eight module series, Emergenetics© – Thinking and Behavior Profile, and training in Civility, Implicit Bias, and Harassment Prevention. Despite our emphasis on prevention, we acknowledge that communication breakdowns can still occur. In such instances, the workplace atmosphere may become toxic and costly. When external consultation is required, we provide services, including employee workplace mediation and individual complaint investigations in cases of formal discrimination charges. With almost 30 years of experience adhering to EEOC regulations, our consultants are adept at handling both formal and informal discrimination allegations. We also offer training to equip employee relations professionals with the crucial skills needed for fair and unbiased internal complaint investigations and meeting compliance regulations under EEOC MD-110. At Amediate, we are deeply passionate about our work and aim to instill that passion in the next generation. We extend our commitment to local high school peer mediators, collaborating with school officials and serving as mentors to nurture students\' abilities to achieve peaceful resolutions to conflicts within their schools.
