ABOUT SHARON DANTZLER
My name is Sharon Dantzler, Vice President, Expansion Market DC with extensive experience in identifying and implementing functional process improvement and standardization of service. My professional experiences include my present position which I have held since 2019 as the VICE PRESIDENT at JP Morgan Chase where I educate customers/none customers in the LMI communities, addressed complaints/concerns, and develop solutions to complex problems. I was also the BRANCH MANAGER at PNC Bank, Silver Spring, MD from 2012 to 2019. Here, I managed the operational activities of the sales team and ensured that all duties comply with applicable policies and regulations. I also Identified and implemented process improvement measures to maximize and increase operational efficiency while reconciling and confirming sales transactions and coached employees on achieving branch production goals such as deposits, loans, and investments to increase while providing support to junior account executives on the performance of major or minor daily tasks. As a BRANCH MANAGER at Wells Fargo Bank, Washington, DC between 2010 to 2012, I trained and coached a team of 13 members during the onboarding process to ensure a complete understanding of their new roles while monitoring customer feedback and addressing escalated complaints to the marketing department to produce swift resolution and prevented customer churning.
