Welcome to my Profile- I am an experienced and progressive community health development leader with over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. I specialize in health quality, evaluation, electronic collaboration and team building. As a seasoned and results orientated leader, I have earned a reputation for operationalizing long term transformational strategies through innovative solution finding and exceptional relationship building skills across sectors and disciplines. My dual graduate programs (Masters in Public Administration and Masters in Health Science) complemented by twenty years of experience in public health systems in Ontario and Nova Scotia have prepared me well to evaluate organizational cultures focused on continuous improvement, needs analysis and organizational learning. I am a Registered Dietitian, practicing in Ontario as well as being a water fitness instructor with the City of Ottawa. I want to help enhance good governance, regional cooperation and well-organized sustainable growth, through adaptive and resilient leadership.
