As an Omada Digital Health Coach (Remote), I guide participants through Omada’s online disease prevention and disease management programs. I leverage a fully truly supportive online platform which includes a detailed curriculum and technology to track participant’s progress and to strategically coach participants through programs. I use Omada’s data science to inform outreach methods during moments that matter. My primary responsibilities include communicating one-on-one with participants through our platform and facilitating conversation in online discussion forums. Additionally, I actively collaborate with the Clinical, Data, Product and Operations teams to discover and drive digital health coaching best practices.
