As a Band 5 Diagnostic Radiographer at Wexham Park Hospital, part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, I contribute to high-quality patient care by performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced radiographic equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general radiographic examinations (including trauma, theatre, and mobile imaging) in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and comfort. • Adhere to departmental protocols, IR(ME)R 2017 regulations, and radiation safety standards. • Participate in a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties. • Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation within the PACS and RIS systems. • Support junior staff and student radiographers with training and mentorship. • Uphold NHS values, maintaining patient dignity, confidentiality, and respect.
