Strategic leadership of the Assurant Compliance & Oversight function for UK. Supporting the business in achieving its strategic goals through clear and pragmatic Compliance Advice. Working with relevant Senior Management to maintain and implement the organisation strategic and tactical approach to regulatory risk and support the delivery of the Compliance Corporate Policies, Process and Monitoring & Oversight Plan. Ensuring effective systems and controls are in place which can be evidenced and reported on to the UK and European Regulators and Supervisory Authorities, and that actions following various oversight and monitoring activity are met. Oversight of the regulatory risk environment providing assurance and reporting emerging or developing compliance risks to the Board, Audit & Executive Committees.
