The purpose of Howl Meow is to end the need for dog & cat shelters due to overpopulation by shifting the focus of resources toward low-cost spay/neuter. I am very passionate about solving the current need for great access to low-cost spay/neuter services in our country. If we just diverted some of the funding and efforts that go into building great shelters and housing, promoting, feeding and taking care of homeless dogs & cats, we wouldn’t have the problem of lack of homes for them. We can do this here now, and end suffering for millions of homeless pets in our country.
