ABOUT SHARON BARKATULLAH
As Head of Analytical Development, I lead the analytical development team across-sites focusing on vector and cell therapy analytics (all modalities). I oversee a broad range of assay capabilities driving innovation including assay automation and label free solutions, in-depth characterisation using multi-omics, assays for release and stability / comparability testing; including potency and safety assays. Over two decades of multidisciplinary analytics and CMC experience spanning biotech/pharma, diagnostics/biomarkers (CLIA and GCLP) and clinical trials. Proven record of leading high-performing teams and delivering analytical development, validation, global tech transfers, innovation, CMC strategy and regulatory data packages for ATMPs and biologics into first-in-human and clinical trials.
