A loyal and trusted leader, I have implemented process improvements and scaled national, regional, and local customer accounts for more than 25 years. With most of my career focused on customer success and account management, I know what it takes to develop innovative solutions to complex customer roadblocks that drive 100% retention year over year. I view all my work through the lens of the customer experience. I believe that deep customer-focus is made possible by building world-class customer experience teams. Throughout my career, my responsibilities have evolved from individual contributor into a team leader, coach, and mentor. I’m energized when empowering others, instilling in them the values of customer centricity as well as continuous improvement. Moreover, I create transparency for C-leaders by monitoring and aligning productivity with organizational goals. Thanks to those efforts, I’ve helped team members, executive leaders, and customers exceed well beyond their perceived potential. When not working, I can be found spending time with my family making lifelong memories. My two beautiful grand daughters remind me every day the importance of time. Each day is a blessing.
