Initiated, developed, and executed project plans to ensure successful on-time completion of all projects in accordance with the client’s specifications. • Identified project milestones, oversaw design, fabrication, quality and inspection for international and domestic compressor packages • Spearheaded company meetings and discussions with customers, third party reviewers, quality inspectors and vendors to provide comprehensive solutions, drive client satisfaction and deliver value. • Performed scope management by defining customer requirements to the internal teams & to communicate effectively across cross-functional team members to ensure timely task completion. • Prepare schedules for production by working closely with mfr leader, eng. leader and vendors • Worked with internal team and vendors to get the parts on time and resolve issues with nonconformance/ deviations • Managed project budget throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate with Sourcing to track budget • Provided continuous project statues update to customer and senior leadership team. • Lead all aspects of the design review such as 3D model, P & ID and Controls design reviews with the internal project team and international packagers. • Lead kick-off meeting, per inspection engineering, HAZOP and weekly project status meeting with customers and packager to ensure proper understanding/ implementing client’s technical, quality assurance requirements. • Demonstrated valuable project feedback through lessons learnt meetings, shared project performance goals with management while drawing on previous projects experiences to proactively mitigate risk. • Maintained project documentation & provided necessary support to Field service to identify solutions in resolving any client or equipment related issues during the commissioning of projects at site.
