I embarked on my professional journey as an SAP Application developer, specializing in implementing ERP solutions for various supply chain functions, including Warehouse Management, Global Trade Services, and Materials Management.My exposure to ERP technology sparked my interest in delving deeper into the intricacies of managing a product\'s value chain. This drive led me to pursue an MBA, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of strategic sourcing, cost management, operations, and supply chain management.During my MBA program, I had the opportunity to work as a sourcing intern with WD-40 Company, a prominent consumer goods company. In this role, I honed my skills in supplier management, conducted thorough spend analysis, developed should-cost models, and gained valuable experience in negotiation strategies.Currently, I hold the position of Supply Chain Manager at Tarana Wireless, where I am responsible for overseeing our production supply chain and managing strategic suppliers. My role entails executing successful negotiations, ensuring seamless production continuity, and maintaining optimized inventory levels to support the company\'s operations and working capital requirements.One of the most exhilarating experiences in my career was navigating the challenges of ramping up production during the global chip shortage, an environment characterized by extreme volatility. It was a thrilling and unforgettable journey that tested my skills and abilities to their fullest extent.

   Managed the production ramp-up of 5 product lines across 2 contract manufacturers, thereby helping build products to achieve a 4x increase in revenue in 2022 amid a volatile supply chain environment Established vendor-managed inventory (VMI) program with five strategic suppliers to ensure undisrupted supply for over 300 semiconductor components used across 4 cBOMs Successfully negotiated & implemented annual contract pricing with 9 Asia suppliers for 100 parts (including PCBs and custom mechanical parts) that resulted in annual cost savings of $300k Led qualification of alternatives for production critical ICs through collaboration with engineering and a new supplier that resolved supply shortages and saved $200K in PPV Resolved supply issues for 30 critical components through PO expedites, alternate sourcing channels, and planned buffer stock thereby ensuring production continuity and helping achieve $20M revenue target Responsible for managing supplier and contract manufacturer relationships in terms of contract negotiations, supply continuity, forecast communications, and quarterly business reviews Leading product lifecycle changes in collaboration with engineering, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure production continuity & mitigate excess inventory
