Over several years’ of experience in SAP CC/CI, SAP FICA modules. • Worked in Agile Methodology Projects and performed GAP Analysis, coordinating with onshore & offshore team, prepare Functional specification document (FSD), Technical specification document (TSD) and Configuration Rationale document, Test case and Test result document. • Extensive knowledge in SAP CI /FICA module in Telecommunication and utility industries. • Performed configuration activities to create Consumption item class, Rating group, Billable item class, Defining Billing process, Invoicing process, Grouping Logic, Determining Revenue and Receivable G/L account using main and sub transaction, Payment term creation, Defining Payment Method, Defining master data configuration for business partner, Contract account and Provider contract. • Creation of Master data, Billing, Invoicing and payment documents through SAP CI/FICA system. • Have knowledge on SAP FICA standard configurations. • Have knowledge on overall Architecture of SAP BRIM and Integration of Convergent Invoicing module with SOM and CC systems. • Bug analysis with the technical team and business, regress the resolved bugs. • Participate during Build, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Test, Go Live and Post Production support. • Provide timely status reports to the client leadership on scope, deliverables, testing strategies and overall project timelines.
