Summary: 13+ years of experience as a Human Resources Professional worked my way through the career ladder from being a recruiter, generalist, admin, and operations to handling HR aspects of a company as a Manager. I have always found it interesting and easy to connect with people – I realized very quickly that my true calling was in Human Resources. I understood across all my professional experiences that what mattered in any business were the people – and I believe that being in HR, I have the opportunity to touch the lives of people in various meaningful ways and to create significant impact in organizations by, on one end - helping people, and on the other end impacting key business metrics.
