About Sharmil Mathur
With 20 years of expertise in the Management & Product sourcing, I am the Commercial Director of Gemporia Partnership, a global leader in ethically sourced and affordable gemstone jewellery. I am also the Managing Director of Coloured Rocks Trading Pvt.Ltd, a unit of Gemporia in India, where I run the entire operation of 100 team member involved in strategic sourcing, supply management, vendor relationship management, Sales & Marketing of high quality products. At the same time I also worked as Commercial Director, In this role, I worked closely with the sales team on customer acquisition and retention, strategic sourcing, and business development to drive growth and profitability for Gemporia Partnership. I am passionate about delivering excellence in every aspect of my work, and believe in continuous learning.
