I’ve always been fascinated by German engineering - the precision, the innovation, the discipline. Growing up, I dreamed of one day studying in Germany and being part of the world that built some of the finest machines on Earth. That dream came true when I pursued my Master’s in Computational Engineering at the University of Duisburg-Essen, which opened the door to a career in automotive IT. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple domains - from embedded software to cloud platforms and lead projects for iconic brands like Porsche, VW, and Audi. Today, that same curiosity has led me to explore the power of Artificial Intelligence, especially how it’s reshaping the way we manage projects, build teams, and solve problems. Watching the young generations interact naturally with AI tools has only deepened my excitement for what’s ahead.Now, with over 13 years in project management, I lead cross-functional teams across Germany and beyond to deliver software that powers the future of mobility. At Luxoft Germany, I manage complex software programs from diagnostics and OTA updates ensuring measurable value for customers through strong collaboration, continuously delivery, trust and transparent execution.I specialize in translating complex technical requirements into agile, scalable delivery - aligning people, process, and purpose. I’ve led global delivery teams, implemented SAFe and Scrum at scale, and helped bring ambitious software platforms to life - under tight timelines and high expectations.I recently obtained the PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI)™ certification, exploring how Generative AI and predictive models can revolutionize project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
