ABOUT SHARMEN SMITH
A transformational servant leader with 26 years of experience in education, I am dedicated to mentoring, developing, and instructing others. I hold certifications and licenses in various education fields, including Special Education and Educational Leadership. Currently serving as a high school educator, I specialize in creating differentiated instruction tailored to individual student needs, while implementing instructional best practices.My diverse responsibilities encompass roles such as Grade Level Leader/Chair, Team Leader, Teacher Mentor, Local School Transition Coach, and facilitator of team meetings.
