Hi - I\'m Vatsalya, currently leveraging my expertise as a Technology Solution Delivery Consultant at EY. With a solid foundation built during my tenure at Tata Consultancy Services as a Product Specialist, I bring over three years of experience in crafting solutions and resolving critical customer issues through root cause analysis and troubleshooting. During my undergrad studies, I gained experience in analysis, design, development of product lifecycles, and working cross-functionally liaising between business clients (e.g. Finance, Marketing) and technical roles (e.g. Back-end and front-end engineers, Data Scientists). Post undergrad, I wanted to get into management but still wanted to be in the world of technology that’s when I decided to pursue a master’s degree in Management Information Systems.While I was working I closely worked with the clients to bridge the gap between my team and clients to identify product goals and success metrics and to help achieve them in the implementation and operations phases of the product cycle. Developing real-world solutions that can transform the business through optimization and performance drives my motivation. I’m an inquisitive, self-motivated team player who loves solving business problems using analytical and technical skills. I love to work as a part of a team. In my opinion, collaboration is the key to a successful project.
