My responsibilities include building and maintaining Power BI semantic models, automating ML-powered dashboards, and supporting initiatives such as the MLGCS Consumer Weekly Business Review, GetHelp Postmortem analytics, and Customer Protection updates.I work with a robust stack of tools and platforms, including- Power BI for advanced data visualization and semantic modeling- Azure DataBricks (ADB) for scalable data processing and ML workloads (now being migrated to Microsoft Fabric for enhanced compliance and performance)- Microsoft Fabric for unified data analytics and ML integration- UDP DataMart and Tabular Models for structured data access and reporting- Azure Synapse Analytics for data transformation and pipeline orchestration- SQL Endpoints and Excel Endpoints for flexible data consumption.This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, optimise refresh CI/CD pipelines, and drive continuous improvements in reporting and analytics capabilities.
