As Director of Product for Nakisa’s HR business line, I lead the vision and execution of our Workforce Planning(WFP) portfolio. WFP is an Agentic AI-powered suite designed for the world’s most complex enterprises. Our platform unifies Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Design, bridging strategy and operations to help organizations plan with confidence. By transforming fragmented HCM and ERP data into actionable insights, we reveal how businesses intend to operate and enable them to model that intent with the right structure, people, roles, and skills - at the right time.//Previously championing product innovation at Explorance, my role as Vice President of Product Management revolved around crafting a compelling product vision and executing strategies that resonated with our global clientele. With a focus on user-centric design, our teams delivered on releases that seamlessly blended functionality with user experience, enhancing customer satisfaction and business value in the student/employee insights domain.Partnering with the Chief Product Officer, we established a culture of cross-functional collaboration, uniting diverse teams such as Development, Design, Marketing, Security, Sales, Professional Services and Consultancy. This synergy was pivotal in aligning features with market needs and ensuring a cohesive product evolution. Some of the awards which recognize these efforts include the 2020 Microsoft Great Canadian Innovator Award, the 2021 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and being named one of TIME’s top EdTech companies of 2024.
