Critical features were prioritized and launched with a product-led GTM, resulting in a 55% increase in inactive-user WAU within a quarter.In Client Onboarding Feature, product requirements and Figma wireframes were defined to solve trust and visibility gaps. Collaborating with UX/content, vernacular support and branding modules were built, enabling partner activations in 2 days and 9,700 new client leads.The Partner Activation program was led by managing a team of 6 interns to build a learning module, ship gamified flows, and roll out a reclaimed fee policy — achieving 85% activation in 50 days and improving partner payback period. Ownership also included building SQL dashboards for sales leadership to track KPIs instantly.On the data and optimization side, lead funnels were simplified (+90% click-to-lead), assignment was automated (+20% connections), and full-funnel dashboards delivered ₹4K CAC savings. Additional work included building an ARIMA-based forecasting model for precise lead planning and setting up event-tracking systems that helped retain 400+ Insurance Distributors.
