I’ve managed cross-functional teams, streamlined workflows using tools like Jira, Notion, HubSpot, Power BI, and CRMs, and translated data into decisions that actually move the needle.What excites me most is building structure where things feel overwhelming — whether it’s scaling operations, improving content workflows, or aligning creative vision with business goals. I enjoy working with founders, tech teams, and creatives to turn ideas into systems that work consistently.With a background in science and a career rooted in startups and digital ecosystems, I bring both analytical thinking and creative storytelling to the table.
