   To manage & direct activities of my shift, ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s standard of safety, quality, and throughput. To maintain effective working relationships with my team through open communication, visibility, and involvement to promote a positive working environment that maximizes safety, employee engagement, productivity, and throughput.•Analyze the production schedule prior to shift start and adjust team assignments to meet production targets. Verify discrete jobs are correct in Oracle (including quality and bill of material list), Warehouse Management System, & /or Line Management System.•Responsible for my team coaching and development, employment decisions, and resolving issues through conflict resolution. Hire, train, coach and review performance of my team. Partner with HR and Production Manager for recruitment, corrective actions, & terminations.•To inspect raw materials prior to changeovers to ensure correct inventories for production runs. Perform first pass quality checks after changeovers to prevent non-conforming product.•Collaborate with the Maintenance Depart. to resolve downtime occurrences on the production lines. To complete shift reports for production numbers, downtime, attendance, overtime and quality checks for submission to the Production Manager.•Abided by Niagara’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times. Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.•To monitor & review my assigned team time and attendance for accuracy. Utilizes the Efficiency Improvement Tools to understand & comment on line downtime and communicate appropriately per the escalation plan.(Equipment’s includes but not limited to (multireel) labeler,(contifeed) filler,(variopac pro) packer,(lantech leanpro) shrinkrap & others.)•Monitoring water farm and SOP’s pertaining the minerals are accurately followed & audit records are maintained.
