Lead and manage contracted research projects within the Signatera™ Molecular Biology Research team with the goal of developing Natera’s oncology portfolio and advancing the use of molecular diagnostics into clinical trials for oncology. Directly lead a team of scientists in the planning, execution, and analysis of NGS-based research projects. Implement processes to optimize operational efficiency, resulting in the ability to scale to meet increased demand. Partnered with external collaborators as well as internal business development, operations, and bioinformatics teams in a matrixed environment to successfully complete strategic projects that further company objectives and reputation as leaders in the oncology diagnostics space.
