Provides leadership in fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and coordination within all aspects of program services.• Develops strategic plan and services for Employment and Transitional Services as it relates to RSA contractual agreement; sets realistic goals, develops monitoring and evaluation tools• Build relationships with different types of stakeholders (RSA/Veteran population) to maintain business partnerships in one or more communities amongst local state and federal agencies• Develops and/or implements appropriate performance competences/evaluations for job positions within the programs.• Coordinates the implementation of program evaluations (i.e, the Coordinated Compliance Review, etc.) as required by State or Federal Mandate. Carries out administrative duties, such as completion of reports, budget preparation, and preparation, response and participation in Mediations, Complaints, and Due Process Procedures.• Serves as representative/designee of Amazing Love Health Services, LLC at meetings with community agencies to coordinate delivery of Rehabilitation Services Administration and Veteran referrals.• Work with all Amazing Love Health Services programs to further develop synergy in employment and transition services through Veteran/RSA referrals.
