I am Clifford Chance\'s Regional Managing Partner, Americas, overseeing the New York, Washington, DC, Houston and São Paulo offices, and a member of its global Executive Leadership Group. I am also Chair Emeritus of Clifford Chance\'s Global Antitrust Group.
