Until my shift into eldercare, most of my professional career had been spent in creative marketing management and I\'m proud of the work I did for those companies. I\'ve experienced firsthand how supportive eldercare, compassion, and staying focused on everyday quality of life impacts family and relationships through being a daughter-in-law and watching my in-laws receive fantastic care (over 3 years) in their home until they passed at ages 89 and 91.
