Lead activities in alignment with mission and value.Major Accomplishments• Led organizational brand refresh including full-scale update of website, development of audience personas, and integration of membership value proposition into all digital and print collateral.• Enhanced brand promise through strategic development of online community, chapter leader support, and professional resources.• Championed evidence-based approach to decision making, working with staff and volunteer leadership to align activities with member needs.• Established and sustained alliances to advocate for the profession including joint position statements and ethical guidelines.• Modernized publications program including peer-reviewed Journal, industry e-newsletters, and blogs. • Implemented marketing automation and expanded digital communication using both paid and organic social media and tools in support of content strategy and inbound marketing philosophy.• Launched online learning program, creating new non-dues revenue stream, enhancing member value, and expanding reach of educational mission• Guided chapters through governance overhaul including constitution and bylaws updates and new affiliation agreements. Served as liaison to chapter leaders to ensure compliance and build trust.
