Seconded to ADNOC ONSHORE for Abu Dhabi’s Bab and BuHasa Oilfields EPCM contract known as the P5 Production Increase Plan.As a Senior Project Control and Planning Engineer, I\'m responsible for preparation of Planning Package and maintaining the programme, schedule assumptions and basis, Critical Path Analysis and Narrative, EDDR & PDDR, 3D Modelling Statistics and Register, SCR, PSR, Conducting Schedule Risk Workshop, Productivity Norms, Schedule Risk Analysis and Risk Assessment Report. Working with Primavera P6, Power BI, Advance Excel, SRA Tool & Acumen Fuse.I have over 11 years of experience in project control, planning, scheduling and risk management. Manage the project controls requirements of various capital projects in the oil & gas (Onshore/Offshore), nuclear, energy, and infrastructure industries. Worked with multiple sub-contractors and stakeholders across different project phases. I am committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards, following ISO 90••••15 and FIDIC books of contracts. I hold three certifications from the Project Management Institute: Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP). These certifications validate my competency and proficiency in leading and directing projects and teams, as well as managing and mitigating project risks. I am also preparing for the Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification from AACE International, the FIDIC Contract Certification from The International Federation of Consulting Engineers, and the Program Management Certification (PgMP) from PMI. I am passionate about learning and enhancing my skills and knowledge in the field of project management and controls.
