I anchored a team of 35 members across 3 blocks in Shivpuri and 1 block in Gwalior district. My primary focus was on livelihood promotion, including Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) and Agri-value-chain initiatives for 600 families, High-density Horticulture for 545 families, Natural resource management and Agriculture for 3500 families. I was also involved in local team building, project meetings, implementation strategy design, designing thematic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and convergence through Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) activities via the Cluster Facilitation Team (CFT) approach. • I took the lead in kick-starting value chain activities at the location, which involved scoping studies, product identification, planning, business development, and introducing the concept of a producer company. • I facilitated market linkages (B2B) with various local vendors in Jhansi, Shivpuri, and Gwalior. • I managed the Pernod Ricard India Foundation (PRIF) and wrote a grant proposal for the second phase of the Vikalp Project in Gwalior for PRIF. • I managed multiple projects and teams, including Axis Bank Foundation (ABF), Pernod Ricard India Foundation (PRIF), and Better World Initiative (BWI) by Genpact, focused on transforming the Srijan Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) process. Agri-ecology project by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and Walmart. • I oversaw, wrote, and conducted data analysis for narrative reports for Srijan, partners, and team mentoring. • I led the \"Strengthening Value Chain through Digital Technology\" project, a digital extension to scale up the value chain efforts in Shivpuri. • Led the formation women\'s producer group covering members and laid the foundation for the Shipre Farmer Producer Company, a women-led initiative focused on aggregating and adding value to multiple agricultural products.
