Currently working as a Relationship Manager at Parag Milk Foods Ltd (Pride of Cows), I focus on enhancing customer loyalty, reactivating inactive clients, and implementing strategies that drive satisfaction and growth. My journey also includes experience as a Site Coordinator at Pyros Fire Services, where I managed client relations, ensured smooth operations, and handled billing with precision.I bring a dynamic mix of marketing knowledge, digital fluency, and people skills. During my internship at Maxicon Shipping Agencies, I managed container onboarding, logistics schedules, and client interactions—all while ensuring timely delivery and seamless operations.
