Sr. Director, Connectivity Engineering & Operations responsible for delivering connectivity services to Panasonic’s global customers including all connectivity-equipped aircraft and network links, ground and Satellite networks. Leading a global operations team to ensure a highly reliable platform, and execution that exceed customer expectations. Responsible for a 24 x 7 x 365 NOC, software application and network infrastructure deployments, and monitoring and control of the connectivity service. Driving operational efficiency with our customer service, satellite network operations and project implementation initiatives with continuous improvement efforts. Development of strategic roadmaps to ensure network goals are met including financial planning and budgetary responsibility for the connectivity organization.
