CIMA qualified Management Accountant with twelve years’ experience working in and advising on Finance Change and BAU I have developed a broad knowledge of how Finance departments work and the issues that they face.After beginning within the Finance function of a major UK bank (Santander), where I developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, modelling, and planning, I moved on to Finance Strategy Consulting at one of the Big 4 Professional Service organisations (Deloitte). Here I established myself as a highly skilled Finance Change consultant, renowned for leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects for global financial services clients.Today, I specialize in Finance Transformation, process design, regulatory remediation and MI improvement, leveraging my expertise to help clients achieve their strategic and operational goals. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed teams of up to 15 consultants, fostering effective stakeholder relationships and driving successful project outcomes. My approach is defined by a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, coupled with a passion for driving transformative change. I thrive in complex environments, where I can apply my analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. Notably, my proficiency in data visualization has enabled me to transform complex financial data into insightful and actionable information, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions positioning clients for long-term success.
