   Here, I’ve delivered financial leadership and transformation for 14 diverse clients, from global pharmaceutical firms to healthcare revenue cycle companies. I specialize in designing scalable financial systems, streamlining revenue operations, and leading ERP implementations. My work combines technical accounting, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership to drive compliance, efficiency, and growth.Merz Pharmaceuticals brought me on to establish documentation and internal controls for their finance department. Over the course of a year, I worked cross-functionally with department heads and team members to build a complete instruction manual and flowcharts for critical finance processes, including month-end close and audit prep. These deliverables brought the department into GAAP compliance and enabled consistent, auditable workflows for the first time in the company’s history.Initially brought on to assist with billing at IKS Health, I quickly moved into the role of Controller when their finance leader exited. I then managed the full revenue cycle across three global entities (U.S, Canada, and Australia), including revenue recognition, billing accuracy, variance analysis, and FX conversion. I reduced the monthly close time to four days and led the adoption of Power BI for revenue dashboards. As ERP Project Manager, I also oversaw the company’s transition from Great Plains to Oracle, coordinating between IT, stakeholders, and a globally distributed team of 13 to meet implementation milestones.At IKS Health, I worked closely with sales, billing, and executive leadership to diagnose revenue fluctuations and resolve operational issues. My ability to ask the right questions and build consensus led to stronger interdepartmental collaboration.
