Leading the delivery of the Future Materials Campus for AWE. A national endeavour to deliver a once in a generation, multi billion pound programme that will provide the infrastructure and critical capabilities for our national deterrent.The programme consists of both first of kind research and development as well as major infrastructure works to develop the next generation of capability for the UK.I have designed and led a significant transformation programme to establish the programme, including a new operating model, governance and organisational design to support a systems based approach to delivery.We are implementing novel contractual mechanism with our supply chain to ensure that we work in partnership to deliver this key piece of UK infrastructure.
