I wear different hats one of which focuses primarily on Inclusion for the LGBTQI community in workplaces. I engage closely with leadership in corporations besides their HR, Communications and D&I heads in developing policies and strategies that makes the I in D&I actionable. I am also the frontman of Friends of Linger - a band that is credited with India\'s first English song to be dedicated to the LGBTQ community. The band has performed extensively within the NCR sharing its thoughts on social, political and gender matters through its own songs and covers. As a curator of Embrace: Music Justice Arts, I bring together artists including spoken-word poets, musicians, dancers and artists, to address a variety of issues mostly social justice. Such events often address matters on health to women to the survival of independent artists.
