Sharif Bula is the Principal Broker and Executive Director at Eleventrust Real Estate Services a full service real estate company focused on commercial real estate brokerage, development and management with major emphasis on multifamily buildings. During his real estate career Sharif has brokered the sale of over $75 million in real estate. Over the last 15 years Sharif has been an active real estate investor and developer participating in the acquisition, redevelopment and re sale of over 50 properties including condominiums single family homes and multi-family properties.Prior to founding Eleventrust in 2012, Sharif co-founded Ecogreen Recycling an environmental services and hydrocarbons recycling company in Barranquilla Colombia. Sharif was involved in the business plan development, fund raising and oversaw the construction of a sf recycling and procession plant.Sharif Bula is also the co-founder and Managing Member of BFO capital a Real Estate Investment and Redevelopment Company the firm was created by a need to give investors a way to capitalize on real development in emerging markets. In addition to his experience as an Entrepreneur and Real Estate Professional Mr. Bula has been an active volunteer with the United Way as a Board Member of the Financial Stability Impact Council.
