Provide E2E support for 3 products serving Bayer Hemophilia A patients through joint ownership and accountability in maximizing therapeutic and commercial value. • Provide strategic guidance, program assessment, budget allocation and issue resolution to ensure the most efficient and productive operation of franchise. • Develop, align and execute product manufacturing and supply strategy in alignment with Technology, Network & Supply Chain and approved budgets. • Sponsor task force/sub-team focused at maximizing the value of hematology products, drive success and timely delivery of key milestones. Guide and remove any roadblocks in executing divisional objectives. • Jointly develop Scorecards and ensure achievement of target goals & objectives. • Improve Hematology tender business process efficiency • Lead the cross-functional Product Supply Product Team together with area heads in executing key product supply and Lifecycle Management activities to ensure production readiness across network. • Drive allocation decisions & ensure implementation through investment and resource availability. • Drive CMC strategy alignment & execution along the critical product development & commercial phase, support late-stage clinical extension, label expansion, etc. • Lead site change activities, formulation changes & new presentations, transfers to CMO, ensure timely product launch. • Drive key activities to achieve process and product robustness, optimized CoGs and market- oriented activities such as device, presentation and infrastructure changes. • Drive increased capacity utilization, manage idle cost challenges and capacity constraints in alignment with the Network Strategy. • Jointly develop Biotech Mission Statement and Vision - ensuring reliable, cost-effective and compliant product supply. • Periodic review and alignment with business, supply chain and manufacturing for product strategy endorsement by Product Owner and senior leadership.
