About Shari Genser
I have worked exclusively in the area of family law since my graduation from Seton Hall Law School in 2011. My clerkship in the Essex County Family Court provided me great insight into the judicial process. Thereafter, I worked as an Equal Justice Works Fellow and Staff Attorney at Essex-Newark Legal Services where I developed a teen dating violence education and advocacy project. I transitioned into private practice in 2015 and thereafter worked for boutique matrimonial firms in northern New Jersey. I have significant litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience, having guided clients through the process of divorce and related family matters for several years.
