Review and audit for entry filing, PGA, HTS classification, AD/CV, etc- Develop audit initiatives / mechanisms to measure and resolve compliance risks- Intake of regulatory inquiries (28/29, Liquidated Damages, etc) from CBP and customers- Work with stakeholders to draft petitions / protests for duty mitigation- Deep dive penalties from CBP and determine root cause / corrective action- Interpret and implement guidance from 19 CFR and Informed Compliance Publications on behalf of our customers- Submit Duty Drawback entries- Build and maintain SOPs for new and changes to regulatory requirements- Advise and educate clients on import restrictions, tariffs, and other customs-related matters in an introductory fashion- Ownership of subject matter expertise on requirements and regulatory changes to share with the operations teams in multiple locations, both origin and destination.
