Within pharmacy business administration, I am responsible for supporting 340B compliance, program integrity, and financial optimization within multiple covered entities (DSH, FQHC-LA, and Ryan White). Support for the daily operations across covered entities include but are not limited to reviewing and revising program management policies and coordination processes, testing and trouble-shooting the configuration and maintenance of software systems, and establishing and maintaining excellent customer service relations with individuals, committees, and other associated stakeholders in the 340B Program. As the former point of contact for Ingham Community Health Centers FQHC 340B program, I was responsible for conducting, maintaining, and reporting the internal audit and compliance activities associated with 8 on-site dispensing Health Centers and 5 retail pharmacies with 17 contractual locations along with fiduciary reporting of grant optimization and community impact. Exemplifying the 340B vision, I drafted and edited policies, procedures, and regulatory objectives utilized by ICHC clinical staff, contract pharmacies, and third party administrators, while working daily to deliver mission driven service that removed barriers associated with patient adherence, ensured program compliance and expansion that promoted sustainable community wellness.
