Direct experience collaborating with the Sales team, Regional Business Developers, Account team and Product Line Managers to lead customer demonstrations/trials critical to driving sales and winning new business for Nokia North Americas.•Acted as an initial point of escalation for pre/post sales activities as well as owned action items that required support from technical resources, verifying and optimizing proposed account strategies and solutions.•Experience supporting RFP responses through pre-production validation activities and analyzing customer facing documents such as bill of materials, network design schematics. Achievements:•North Americas Q1 Achiever 2021 – Recognized for exceptional technical leadership for DCI solutions supporting ongoing presales activity to acquire new customer, Bell Canada. These efforts involve acting as the customer’s primary point of contact for any and all issues, leading successful proof of concept demonstrations, providing product training, translating feature request to product line management and leading pre-production solution validation activities to highlight Nokia’s optical portfolio against other competitive solutions available on the market. •Best Strategic Optical Sales Win 2019 – Recognized for one of the best presales efforts of that year, designing and executing complex proof of concept demonstrations at the customer site that expanded on existing Nokia Optical Metro portfolio complemented with the latest Nokia fronthaul solution, yielding very high levels of customer satisfaction. Subsequently, I was appointed to the role of trusted customer advocate for the Zayo account. This activity was especially challenging due to time constraints and minimum supervision. These efforts resulted in a multimillion-dollar sale and a significant strategic gain for Nokia.
