Serve as technical lead, evangelist, and architect for Office 365, SharePoint, and related technologies enterprise wide. Work directly with CIO, VPs, Directors within IT and business units to architect solutions utilizing entire Microsoft Office 365 stack to implement enterprise business processes and solutions- Lead the deployment, development, utilization, governance, administration, etc. for entire Microsoft Office 365 stack including: Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Project Server Online, Flow, PowerApps, Delve, One Drive for Business, Compliance Center (IRM), Stream, Yammer, Planner, To Do, Azure Dev Ops, & Forms- Design and develop solutions utilizing PowerApps, Flow, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts & extensions utilizing node.js, REACT, Office Fabric UI, JSON, TypeScript, & Gulp- Support existing SharePoint environments including configuration, security management, workflow, development, patching, server maintenance, reporting, bug fixes, help desk tickets, administration, & guide & serve as top tier support for SharePoint developers & BA\'s on ECM team- Architect & execute a plan for migrating existing production (over a terabyte), disaster recovery, test, & development environments from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019 hybrid environment. Design & create architecture for medium size highly available SharePoint 2019 farm in hybrid mode utilizing min roles & SQL server always on. Replace as much custom code as possible with out-the-box functionality or upgrade, rebuild, and/or replace large number of custom solutions, add-ins, timer jobs, & scripts- Create & execute plan to migrate extranet used by vendors, customers, & employees from SharePoint 2010 into SharePoint Online (Office 365)- Utilize Agile methodologies & Azure DevOps (Visual Studio Team Services - VSTS) for development - Support and Administer large high availability SharePoint 2013 environment with 45 servers across dev/test/prod
