About Sharell T.

I help women leaders stop performing for approval and start leading with authority. For years, I did what many high-achieving women do—I overperformed, overextended, and carried more than my share, believing excellence would eventually earn security, visibility, and belonging. What I didn’t realize was that I wasn’t leading from confidence; I was leading from conditioning.Today, I lead—and coach—from a different place.I am a Total Rewards executive, leadership coach, speaker, and founder of The Sharell Group, where I help women and organizations move from performance to positioning. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, strategy, faith, and voice—helping leaders understand how power, influence, and worth actually operate in the workplace and beyond. With over 20 years of HR and Total Rewards leadership experience across nonprofits, government, retail, and high-growth organizations, I bring both executive credibility and real-world insight to every room I enter. I’ve spoken for SHRM National, multiple SHRM chapters, WorldatWork, and HR audiences across the U.S. and internationally. But here’s what truly defines my work:I don’t teach women to become louder.I teach them to become clearer.I don’t teach hustle.I teach authority.I don’t teach performance.I teach positioning.I believe the most powerful leaders aren’t the loudest in the room—they’re the most strategic. The ones who understand timing, influence, and identity. The ones who know when to speak, when to move, and when to stand their ground. I call this being the neck, not the doormat.Through coaching, speaking, and consulting, I help women leaders:• reclaim their voice without apology• lead without shrinking• break free from perfectionism and people-pleasing• negotiate compensation, visibility, and influence with clarity• align leadership with faith, values, and purposeIf you’re a woman leader who is accomplished but exhausted…Respected but under-recognized…Capable but tired of carrying everything quietly…You don’t need to do more. You need to own who you already are. Based in Atlanta | Available for speaking, leadership training, and executive coaching
