Shardul is working as Senior Product Manager, handling customer engagement charter for Amazon\'s B2B Business. He has worked with Amazon as a Business development manager for Automotive, Home-Outdoors and Kitchen categories, scaling the customer inputs and driving growth for these categories. Prior to Amazon, Shardul has led the buy-side efforts for Healthcare devices category at Flipkart. He has successfully grown the business in an offline heavy category in quick time by improving end to end customer journey – product discovery, availability, presentation and delivery of the products by developing new brands and scaling existing brands on Flipkart.Working as Area Sales Manager with Samsung for 3 years, he has handled sales & distribution for some parts of Rajasthan. He learnt the nuances distribution & team management in this role. He excelled in his responsibilities and demonstrated his leadership skills to win multiple sales contests and accolades.Prior to MBA he has worked with Akamai Technologies, as an Application developer engineer, where he was part of 3 member team for implementation of Remedyforce- a ticketing solution for the enterprise.
