Leading the initiative to enhance the project\'s performance (called DNA 2.0) through latest technology, streamlined processes, and effective governance, while elevating Project\'s brand within Deloitte.Led a team of 10 Product Owners for the \'Strategic Product Roadmap Initiative,\' conducting comprehensive market research on the products used by the company. This involved competitor analysis, industry analysis, gap analysis and feature prioritisation. Through this initiative, we identified over 70 features for our products. • Currently leading the Mobility initiative for the company, overseeing the development of a mobile app for HR operations.
