   I am a highly skilled project manager with extensive experience in IT. Currently, I am a team member of the PMO (Project Management Office) at FEMA and am working on a $151 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security for migrating to the cloud and modernizing IT infrastructure. Throughout my work here, I have successfully managed four concurrent cloud migration projects and completed a total of twelve projects. I lead a team of eight individuals, including three cloud engineers, two network engineers, one information security officer, and two business analysts. I take a hands-on approach to project management and utilize an Agile methodology, focusing on delivering small incremental changes. This approach has been key to my success, as it has allowed me to communicate project status and risk reports to executives on a bi-weekly basis. I conduct daily Scrum and bi-weekly Sprint planning meetings with my internal team, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence to document progress. This helps ensure that all team members are on the same page and working towards the same goals. I also utilize MS Project to create an integrated Master Schedule and work closely with various divisions within FEMA to identify blockers and ensure timely project completion. I am a self-starter with strong communication skills, who can work effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams. I am highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver incremental value to stakeholders.
