As part of my role in the current organization, I have been actively involved in the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring timely and accurate reporting aligned with statutory and group-level requirements. I have played a key role in the preparation and finalization of AOC-1 for 200+ subsidiaries, providing clarity and transparency regarding subsidiary and associate performance, ownership structures, and other financial disclosures. Additionally, I have been responsible for compiling and reviewing Related Party Transactions (RPT) for UPL Limited, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. My contributions have been critical in supporting both audit readiness and senior management reporting, while also strengthening financial control and compliance across entities.
