TL;DR: I like to move fast and improve things - ideally leading current areas of focus at Google are geospatial APIs and SDKs, compliance (COPPA, DMA, FedRAMP - I\'m your huckleberry), devops eng management, and using AI to streamline operations/spelunk for customer insights.I\'ve directed teams of 3 to 30 (if you need more than 30 people you\'re probably doing it wrong), managed multiple managers, organized countless product launches, sunset some of those products, and at one point sustained a ~450M dollar business with 17 FTEs. One of the few things that I\'m not doing in my current day to day is managing small but mighty teams, and I miss it.I\'ve been front and center for 2+ decades of enterprise product development at Google. I enjoy (yes, really) shepherding products, projects, and teams through the ambiguity and decisions that make or break products.I\'m also an autistic, mixed race, Jewish, queer person of color. The next few years of tech will drive exponential change in the world: we need smart, diverse people at *all the tables*.

   My current areas of focus at Google are Google Maps Platform APIs and SDKs, product abuse and compliance, and using generative AI to streamline operations. I also manage cross-functional projects with Google Cloud operations and compliance teams. Previously led Google Maps Platform through a 2-year CRM system migration for tens of thousands of internal (and millions of external) users; I still manage engineers working on the CRM system, in addition to the projects mentioned above.
