Currently working as a senior member of a projects team (WAN Edge & Firewall) undertaking a global office refresh of over 1600 sites for our client WPP involving creating LLD and HLD reports to installation and troubleshooting. • Producing BoMs, HLDs and LLDs for each site. • Producing detailed reports and diagrams for customer review. • WAN Edge & Firewall network discoveries of each site. • Re-design of WAN networks based on predefined criteria from SARs. • Prepare Changes and present in weekly CAB meetings • Building Inventory of all kit found during discovery phase for each site. • Identifying kit, configs and services for refresh and migration. • Liaising with other teams (LAN and Wi-Fi) and end client to schedule and action change activities to install the new hardware. • Creating LLD configurations and lab testing. • Implementation through to hyper care.
