Prepared Construction Process Manual for Construction Branch, Department of Public Works and Engineering, City of Houston. This included standardizing the process work flow maps, organization structure and preparing EFTs (documents) for the entire program.•Contract administration: preparing and reviewing all agreements of jobs personally closed to ensure that the scope of work bid matches terms and conditions of the contract.• Substantial experience in the subject areas of project controls, estimating, planning/scheduling, earned value control, cost control, and change control.•Monitored, tracked, analyzed, forecasted, and issued monthly and quarterly reports on the progress of overall Program and specific projects, including project budgets, commitments, expenditures, estimates to complete, projected over/under, schedule and change management.•Schedule the tasks and resources to meet the project deadlines and execute effectively to achieve the plan within budget and time.•Participate in Annual Strategic Planning meetings and prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the department.•Developed tools to improve communication, tracking task progress, lessons learned and better documentation.• Represent company in interviews for Program Manager Selections for new opportunities with new clients.
